Joseph A. (Joe) Quilici is a highly experienced licensed civil and structural engineer with over 35 years in the field, currently serving as a testifying expert and president of multiple engineering and construction consulting firms, including Quilici Engineers, Incorporated and Silicon Valley Civil and Structural Engineers. With expertise in construction defect evaluation, forensic testimony, and remedial design, Joseph has a strong background in structural engineering, moisture proofing, and site drainage design across various projects, including multifamily developments, historical restorations, and commercial facilities. As a past president of the Forensic Expert Witness Association and an active member of multiple professional organizations, Joseph has demonstrated leadership and commitment to high-quality consulting services. Education includes a BSCE from Santa Clara University and ongoing studies at UC Berkeley for an MSCE in Structural Engineering.

The Club has a large meeting room Called the Rotary Summit Center on the 7th floor at 88 S. 4th Street on the corner of 4th and San Fernando Streets across from the San Jose State Library. Lunch Meetings are on Wednesday at Noon at the Rotary Summit Center located at 88 S. 4th Street on the Seventh Floor in downtown San Jose, CA.
