Rajeswaran M. has a range of experience in project management roles in the engineering and construction industry. Rajeswaran started their career as a Piping Incharge at Pipavav Shipyard Limited, where they worked on projects such as a 74500 DWT Bulk carrier and an Offshore Supply Vessel. Rajeswaran then moved on to Keppel Shipyard Ltd., Singapore, where they served as a lead piping Engineer, coordinating with clients, vendors, and other departments, and managing project planning and scheduling. Rajeswaran later joined Rotary Engineering Limited as a Project Lead, overseeing project specifications, planning, and execution, specifically in shutdown maintenance planning. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager at YOLI Engineering and Construction Pvt Ltd, where they are responsible for managing and executing projects in line with the company's strategy and objectives.

Rajeswaran M. attended Anna University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician.
