J. Paul Lucas

J. Paul Lucas has extensive experience in volunteer leadership and information technology. Since October 2008, J. Paul Lucas has served with Rotary International, taking on various roles including Program Coordinator and Chair of The Rotary Foundation in District 5790, as well as fulfilling responsibilities such as Governor of District 5790 and Webmaster. From 1994 to 2005, J. Paul Lucas was the President of JPL International, focusing on IT education and training development. Prior work at IBM from 1990 to 1994 included managing the EMEA Education Support Center. J. Paul Lucas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from Wake Forest University, obtained in 1964.
