Kerney Laday

Kerney Laday, Jr. is an experienced executive with a diverse professional background in human resources, business consulting, investment banking, and technology solutions. As the CEO of HRO Advisors since March 2010, Kerney leads a national HR outsourcing firm that simplifies vendor comparison and negotiation for clients. In addition, Kerney founded and serves as the Managing Partner at Alliance Partners, specializing in services for small to mid-sized businesses. Active in community service, Kerney holds board positions with Texas Health Resources and Rotary International, where responsibilities include serving as President for the 2024-2025 term. Previous roles include CEO of BenAlliance LLC, where the focus is on employee benefits, and Vice President at Allegiance Capital Corporation, specializing in exit planning and mergers.
