Kristopher Newbauer

Kristopher Newbauer has extensive experience in the field, currently holding the position of Chief People Officer at Rotary International. With a background in HR, talent acquisition, learning and organizational development, employee engagement, and relations, Kristopher has also served in various roles at International Accreditors for Continuing Education & Training and other organizations. Additionally, Kristopher has taught in graduate programs at Northeastern Illinois University and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Kristopher holds a Masters's degree in Global Human Resource Development and has completed several certificates in areas such as mediation, leadership, and business process improvement.
