Kristopher Newbauer

Kristopher Newbauer is the current Head of Global People & Talent at Rotary International. Kristopher has previously held positions as Director of People & Talent (Domestic HR), Director of HR Operations and Learning & Organization Development, and Manager of Training Department, all at Rotary International. Prior to their time at Rotary International, Kristopher Newbauer was Adjunct Faculty in the Graduate Program in HRD at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, School of Information Sciences.

Kristopher Newbauer has a BS from Grand Valley State University in Group Social Studies/Secondary Education, an Ed.M from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in Global Human Resource Development (Training and Org Dev), and an MHRM from North Park University. Kristopher also has a certificate in mediation from Northwestern University and a certificate in the science of management from Loyola University Chicago.

Kristopher Newbauer reports to John Hewko, CEO, General Secretary. Kristopher Newbauer works with Eric Schmelling - GM, Chief Philanthropy Officer, Julie Burke - GM, CFO, and Michele Berg - Deputy General Secretary.
