Tracey Norton

Tracey Norton, PHR, currently serves as the Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Rotary International since June 2014, where responsibilities include managing recruitment for entry-level to executive positions and collaborating with HR Business Partners to address staffing needs. Previously, Tracey worked as a Contract Recruiter for various organizations, including Rotary International and OmnicomMediaGroup, providing full lifecycle staffing solutions. Experience also includes roles as Staffing Manager and Sr. Outplacement Specialist at Rewards Network/Insperity, and VP/Resource Manager at Media Staffing Network, where significant recruitment and marketing initiatives were implemented. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from DePaul University and has additional education from New York University.
