Matthew Morgan has over two decades of experience in aerospace engineering, currently serving as an Engineer-Specialist at Rotating Composite Technologies, LLC since June 2020. In this role, Matthew focuses on propeller engineering, power plant installation, and vibration analysis, while also conducting structural and aerodynamic analysis and supporting program development. Prior to this, Matthew held various engineering positions at Textron Aviation from September 2006 to June 2020, including roles as an Engineer-Specialist, Senior Engineer, and Engineer, with responsibilities ranging from off-site testing and data reduction to overseeing propeller installation vibration for compliance with FAA regulations. Earlier experience includes engineering roles at Cessna Aircraft Company, where Matthew worked on multiple aircraft programs and completed internships in various engineering disciplines. Matthew earned a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Wichita State University in 2004.

Founded in 2008 by engineering professionals with decades of experience in propeller development, RCT works on the cutting edge of composite propeller and rotor technology. Our staff includes industry recognized experts in prop aerodynamic and structural design, ground and flight test, and regulatory compliance. We hold numerous patents on our blade retention and scalable fabrication technologies.
