Carl Berglund has extensive experience in the defense sector, holding various leadership and engineering roles across multiple organizations. As a Konsult at Rote Consulting AB since February 2022, Carl previously served in key positions such as Övlt/Systemingenjör at Försvarsmakten from January 2019 to March 2022, and LtCol/System Manager for Mechanised Units, Direct Fire and Manouver from January 2014 to December 2018 at FMV/SPL/Armé. Additional roles include technical capability management and system engineering at FMV/SML and FMV/AK Mark, respectively. Carl's military career began with a focus on mechanized units, leading to a coordinator role at the Swedish Armed Forces Headquarters and teaching tactics and operations at the Swedish National Defence College. Carl holds an education from the Swedish National Defence College from 1996 to 1998.
