Dan Phan

Dan Phan is an experienced finance executive with a strong background in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance & Accounting at Rotech Healthcare, Dan has held key positions at various companies, including Chief Financial Officer at Spraggins Inc., Chief Accounting Officer at UES, and Vice President of Accounting at Hilton Grand Vacations. Dan's career began at Caterpillar Inc., where responsibilities included Business Support Manager and Technical Accounting Manager. Academically, Dan holds a Masters of Accounting and a BSBA in Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, completing studies between 1996 and 2001.
