James Shanks

James Shanks is an accomplished Security Analyst and System Administrator with extensive experience in information systems and cybersecurity. Currently at Rotech Healthcare since April 2016, James has successfully developed and implemented a patch management program for over 2,500 computers across 450 locations nationwide, while also managing security systems and asset inventory. Previous roles include senior customer service support technician at Raydon Corporation, where responsibilities involved securing systems and providing technical support, and significant military experience as a Communications Section Chief with the Florida Army National Guard. James holds a BS in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University and an Associate’s Degree in Computer Electronic Technology from Chemeketa Community College.
