Tanira Rivera

Tanira Rivera currently serves as the Director of Executive Projects and previously held the position of Project Manager for Special Projects at Rotech Healthcare since April 2020. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, directing project teams, and ensuring that project goals are met within defined scope, schedule, and budget. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at SmileDirectClub from February 2018 to February 2020, where leadership of new SmileShop initiatives and coordination of cross-functional teams were key duties. Additionally, Tanira worked as a Project Lead at SmileDirectClub and Florida Jeep Rental, contributing to retail shop launches and vendor management. Tanira’s educational background includes an Associate of Arts degree from Valencia College and a Dental Assisting degree from Orlando Tech.
