Lauren Shelley

Lauren Shelley has over 18 years of experience in engineering and business development, currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Rotex Global, LLC, since July 2010. Lauren has held various roles within the company, including Regional Sales Manager, Senior Application Engineer, and Application Engineer. Prior to Rotex Global, LLC, Lauren worked at Baltimore Aircoil Company as an Advanced Product Applications Engineer, where responsibilities included engineering technical solutions for evaporative cooling and processing special quote requests. Previously, Lauren also served as a Product Engineer at the same company, leading materials testing and product improvement projects. Early career positions included Operations Management Assistant at General Mills and Plant Engineering Intern at Ross Products. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University and also completed coursework at the Fisher College of Business at the same institution.
