Dustin Cabrera

Dustin Cabrera has a diverse and extensive work experience in the investment banking industry. Dustin started their career in 2010 as a Private Equity Intern at Levant Capital Limited, where they focused on making private equity investments in middle market companies. In 2011, they worked as a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst at Harvey & Company, LLC, where they performed market research and advised private equity clients on potential acquisition opportunities. Dustin then joined C. K. Cooper & Company in 2012 as a Corporate Finance Associate, where they provided insightful research and investment banking capabilities. In 2014, they joined ROTH Capital Partners as an Investment Banking Analyst, and quickly progressed to roles such as Vice President and eventually Director of Investment Banking. ROTH Capital Partners is a relationship-driven investment bank that offers a wide range of services to growth companies and their investors. Throughout their career, Dustin has developed expertise in capital raising, equity research, M&A advisory, and corporate access.

Dustin Cabrera earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis and a minor in Communication Studies from Chapman University, graduating in 2010. In addition, they possess certifications including Series 66 - Investment Advisor Representative, Series 7 - General Securities Registered Representative, and Series 79 - Investment Banking Representative from the FINRA - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
