Tim Hartmann has worked in various marketing roles since 1991. Tim'sfirst role was a Business Development Representative at Brunswick Corporation from 1991 to 1997. Tim then moved to ConAgra Foods, where they held the positions of Marketing Manager, Sr. Manager, Marketing, Director, Marketing and Assistant/Associate Manager, Marketing from 1997 to 2006. Tim then joined Darden Restaurants in 2006, where they held the roles of Director, Marketing - LongHorn Steakhouse, Sr. Director, Marketing - Longhorn Steakhouse, and SVP, Marketing - Red Lobster. In 2014, they became a Marketing Consultant/Acting CMO at Miller's Ale House Restaurants, followed by a role as Chief Marketing Officer at Oasis Brands Inc in 2015. From 2016 to 2020, they were the VP/Head of Marketing at Boston Market, followed by a role as Chief Marketing Officer at Steak n Shake from 2020 to 2021. Tim is currently the CMO/COO at Roth Industries since 2022.

Tim Hartmann obtained a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Journalism from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 1986 and 1991. Tim then went on to pursue an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which they completed in 1997.
