Troy Nelson

Troy Nelson has a diverse background in business analytics and data analysis. Troy started their career at Micronomics, Inc. as an Analyst, where they calculated economic damages in various intellectual property infringement cases and presented the numerical data for court documentation purposes. In 2010, they joined Roth Staffing as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, ensuring that business requirements were met during projects and resolving 2nd level support issues. Troy then moved on to become a Business Analyst, analyzing organizations and designing systems to meet business needs. Troy later became a Senior Business Analyst, where they focused on understanding strategic goals and providing data analysis to clients and senior leadership. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Analytics at Roth Staffing, leading a team to provide data-driven insights for operational improvements and future business initiatives.

Troy Nelson attended UC Irvine from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. Additionally, during the same period, they also completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology at UC Irvine.
