Karen Taylor

Karen Taylor has extensive experience in human resources and learning and development, currently serving as Acting Head of HR at Rothamsted Research since 2012. Previously, Karen worked as an HR, OD, and L&D Consultant at Practical HR Solutions from 2006 to 2012, providing tailored HR and L&D solutions to businesses of all sizes. Prior roles include UK HR Director and Group L&D Manager at Computacenter from 2002 to 2006, and International L&D Manager at 3Com from 1996 to 2002.
