Joseph Mancuso

Joseph Mancuso is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in both leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as the Lead Software Developer at Rothco since May 2018, Joseph manages remote and in-house development teams, conducts daily code reviews, and oversees pull requests using Git on BitBucket. As the creator of the Masonite Python Web Framework, Joseph contributes to the development of a highly functional and user-friendly platform for web applications. Previous experience includes a Software Engineer role at Sharpe Concepts, where Joseph led a team in building a web-based inventory management system and developed mobile applications. Joseph's military background as a Forward Observer in the US Army has honed leadership and time management skills. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Technology from St. Joseph's University New York and has pursued an Associate's degree in Computer Applications at American Military University.
