James McAlpin

James McAlpin has extensive experience in performance excellence and compliance across various organizations, focusing on contract deliverables and governance. Currently serving as a Contract Integration & Performance Excellence specialist at Rothe Development Inc., James ensures 100% compliance with federal and company policies. Previous roles included similar positions at MORI Associates and DB Consulting Group, where James excelled in risk management and configuration control. James also held supervisory roles at InDyne, Inc., leading project managers and IT specialists, and began a career in programming and technical writing at Dyncorp and Taft Broadcasting. James holds a BS in Computer Science and is pursuing a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, complemented by an AA in Mathematics from San Jacinto College.
