Paul Norris

Paul Norris has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in leadership and consultancy roles. Currently serving as an Outsource Consultant and Team Leader at Aviva since May 2018, Paul also holds the position of Academy Scout at Rotherham United Football Club since February 2022. Prior to these roles, Paul worked at Capita from April 2016 to May 2018 as a Team Leader and Operations Manager, and at Webhelp from June 2013 to April 2016 in various capacities including Team Leader and Customer Advisor. Paul’s earlier experience includes a role as Customer Service Manager at Ladbrokes Coral from February 2012 to June 2013.
