Tim Harper

Tim Harper is an experienced professional in operations and administration, currently serving as Operations Manager at Rothesay since September 2015. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Administration Service Manager at Mercer from April 2008 to August 2015 and served as Administration Manager at Jardine Lloyd Thompson from November 1996 to January 2008. Tim began the career as a Pensions Administrator at Hymans Robertson from February 1996 to November 1996. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Economic History from the University of Leicester, obtained between 1991 and 1994.
