Kelly Doyle has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Kelly started their career at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in 1996 as a Registered Nurse First Assistant and later moved on to become the Specialty Team Supervisor for Orthopaedics. Kelly then served as the Orthopaedic Clinical Director before joining Rothman Orthopaedic Specialty Hospital as the Chief Nursing Officer in 2010. Later, they attended Jefferson Health from 2008 to 2010 and achieved a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Nursing Administration. Finally, from 2017 to 2019, Kelly attended Brown University, where they obtained an Executive Masters in Healthcare Leadership, specializing in Healthcare Finance and Policy.
