Aurelie Dethan

Aurelie Dethan is currently an Associé Gérant focusing on Energy Transition, Climate Change, and Infrastructure at Rothschild & Co since May 2023. Since September 2017, Aurelie has been a Lecturer at Sciences Po, teaching a course on Financing the Ongoing Energy Transition as part of multiple master's programs. Prior experience includes serving as Co-Head of the Paris Office at Green Giraffe from November 2017 to February 2023, and as a Strategy Advisor for The Eclipse Project. Aurelie has also led The Women in the City Project, was a Board Member for Atlandes and The Renewables Infrastructure Group, and worked as an Investment Director at InfraRed Capital Partners. Early career experience includes an associate role in Leveraged Finance at HSBC. Aurelie holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
