Chris Forman

Chris Forman is a seasoned professional in the field of investment banking with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Managing Director at Rothschild since June 2005, Chris leads the Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory division. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Vice President at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein from October 2000 to April 2003, and worked as an Executive at Charterhouse between February 1999 and October 2000. Chris began a career in finance as a Chartered Accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co. from January 1994 to December 1997. Academically, Chris completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce at The University of Western Australia between 1991 and 1994.
