David M. Baron

David M. Baron currently serves as a Global Partner and Head of Technology Investment Banking at Rothschild & Co, a position held since October 2013, and is a member of the US Executive Committee. Prior to this role, David was a Managing Director at Barclays Capital from 2010 to 2013, overseeing Investment Banking coverage for the Western Region. David's experience also includes serving as a Senior Managing Director at Macquarie Capital Partners from 2008 to 2010, where responsibilities included leading US Financial Sponsors Advisory and participating on the Capital Committee and US Strategic Board. David's earlier career at Lehman Brothers spanned from 1998 to 2008 as Managing Director focused on M&A, LBO, and private equity. David holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics and English from Rutgers College.
