Matthew has held various leadership roles in prestigious companies, such as Rothschild & Co, where they currently serve as the Managing Director and Head of Marketing & Business Development. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing & Business Development Consultant. Matthew has also served as the Director of Business Development & Marketing at Charles Russell Speechlys and Chief Marketing Officer at Fried Frank. Matthew has demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing successful business plans, overseeing rebranding initiatives, and leading marketing, PR, and communications efforts. Matthew has a strong background in the legal industry, having worked at Paul Hastings, Allen & Overy, and Herbert Smith in various business development roles. Additionally, they contributed to the growth and professionalization of the Asia-Pacific Professional Services Marketing Association as a Founding Committee Member.
