Monte Hoekstra

Monte Hoekstra is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in management and directorship roles across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as Managing Director at Rothschild & Co since September 2022, Monte has previously held the same position at Aperghis & Co from November 2016 to October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Director of FIG at both BlackRock and ING, with tenure at BlackRock from August 2015 to September 2016 and at ING from October 2006 to July 2015. Monte began a career in finance as an Associate in ECM and holds a Master’s degree in Banking & International Finance from Bayes Business School, completed in 2006.
