Oliver Bolton

Oliver Bolton is an experienced investment banking professional currently serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at Rothschild & Co since November 2024. Prior to this role, Oliver worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Zeus from January 2024 to November 2024, and before that, held various positions at PwC from September 2018 to December 2023, including Senior Associate in Private Equity and M&A Tax, Associate in Indirect Tax, and Trainee Associate in Indirect Tax. Oliver Bolton has achieved several professional qualifications, including the ACA Chartered Accountant designation from ICAEW, Level 3 in Financial Regulations and Securities from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI), and ATT Tax Technician certification from the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT). Education was completed at Caterham School from 2013 to 2018.
