Tim Smart

Tim Smart has extensive work experience in the field of HRIS, recruitment systems, and analytics. Tim started their career as a Research Manager, focusing on systems and analytics at Topflight Research in 1995. In 2006, they joined Goldman Sachs and later Hays Specialist Recruitment, where they worked in recruitment systems and management information until 2009. Tim then transitioned to Rothschild & Co, first as the Head of HRIS from 2009 to 2019, and currently holds the role of People Reporting & Analytics Lead since October 2019.

Tim Smart attended The University of Manchester from 1992 to 1995, studying Physics.
