Mac O'Brien is the Chief Growth Officer and Partner at Rothschild Wealth Partners, where they lead the national growth strategy with a focus on acquisitions and integrating new advisors. Previously, Mac served as the Head of Investment U.S. Distribution at Morningstar Wealth, managing a sales team and implementing growth strategies within the firm. Over a 20+ year career, they have held leadership roles at Zacks Investment Management, Dearborn Capital Management, and Astor Investment Management, overseeing corporate strategy, product development, and sales initiatives. Mac began their career at a leading independent equity research firm and holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.
