Jenny Colgate

Jenny Colgate is a Partner at Rothwell, Figg, Ernst & Manbeck, P.C. since March 2008, specializing in managing patent and intellectual property litigations, post-grant review proceedings, licensing, and trademark and copyright matters. Previously, Jenny served as an Associate managing patent litigations and trademark issues and as an Attorney at Heller Ehrman LLP focusing on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation. Jenny holds a JD and LLM in Intellectual Property from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania.
