Vien Castle is a seasoned retail professional currently serving as the General Manager at Rothy's, a position they have held since 2025. They have a diverse background in management, having worked as a Boutique Manager at BREITLING and held numerous leadership roles at prominent brands including Michael Kors, Tory Burch, and Cole Haan. Vien began their career as the Womens Manager at Ralph Lauren and has since accumulated extensive experience across various luxury retailers. They are also pursuing a degree in Communications at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
