Eric Marsh

Eric Marsh is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in managing and maintaining complex phone systems. Currently serving as Telecommunications Manager at Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service since January 2023, Eric previously worked as a Voice Engineer at EVO Payments, Inc., where responsibilities included managing a global Avaya phone system and contact center. Prior roles include Infrastructure Services Sr. Advisor Telecom at National Government Services, providing services and maintenance for Avaya and Interactive Intelligence systems, and Avaya Voice Engineer at Cincinnati Bell, focusing on installations and upgrades for business clients.
