Rod Apfelbeck is an experienced professional with a diverse background in workforce management, business analysis, product development, and commercial lending. Currently serving as the Director of Workforce Management at Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service since September 1997, Rod has also held the position of Business Analyst. Prior roles include Product Development Manager at Q-Vis from 2001 to 2002 and Commercial Lending Officer at Fifth Third Bancorp from 1990 to 1997. Rod’s early career includes service in the US Army as a Platoon Leader/S-1 from 1986 to 1990. Rod holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Old Dominion University, alongside an education from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
