Kipp Heisterman

Kipp Heisterman is an experienced consultant and writer, currently serving as a Court Statistics Consultant at the Florida Office of State Courts Administrator since April 2024. As an NFL and MLB Writer for RotoBaller since August 2019, Kipp analyzes advanced metrics of players while providing fantasy insights. Prior roles include Operations and Management Consultant Manager for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, where leadership of the Intake Team involved processing applications for sealing or expunging criminal records, and various positions within the FDLE, including Government Analyst II and Research and Training Specialist, focusing on curriculum development and training for the criminal justice community. Kipp holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Public Administration from Florida State University, along with a Bachelor's in Criminology.
