Richard Wiles

Richard Wiles currently serves as Finance Director for Rotork in the CPI and APAC sectors, a position held since May 2023. Previously held the role of Regional CFO for Asia Pacific and Regional Finance Manager for China & Southeast Asia at Rotork plc from April 2006 to May 2023, overseeing finance teams across multiple countries and providing critical financial insights to support decision-making. Richard's career at Rotork Process Controls included financial controller responsibilities, where significant contributions were made in factory management and organizational turnaround following an acquisition. Early roles included serving as Group Treasurer, managing treasury functions for 42 subsidiaries, and culminating in a graduate trainee position. Richard holds a BSc in Accounting from Cardiff University and attended Exeter School.
