Steve Watkins

Steve Watkins has extensive work experience in engineering roles, primarily within the Gears division of Rotork Plc. Steve has held various positions including Principal Systematisation Engineer, Engineering Project Manager, R+D Engineering Manager, and Senior Design & Development Engineer. Their responsibilities have included leading teams, managing research and development activities, designing and testing new gearbox products, and overseeing engineering projects. Steve has also worked as a Design Engineer at Exeeco Ltd, where they were involved in designing gearboxes and associated products, conducting tests, and liaising with suppliers.

Steve Watkins attended the University of Durham from 1987 to 1989, studying Natural Sciences. Steve then pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bradford, where they completed a BEng from 1990 to 1994.
