JP Kuijpers

JP Kuijpers is the managing director of EMEA for Eastman Chemical Company. He also has global responsibility for the company’s sourcing and procurement strategy of the additives and functional product division. Prior to this, he was general manager for Eastman’s global adhesives business.

JP operates from Eastman’s EMEA headquarter office in Rotterdam. He joined Eastman in 1995 and has had several roles with increasing responsibility over the years within the specialty materials company. He worked for several years at the company’s global headquarters in Kingsport, Tennessee.

In addition to RSM’s Advisory Board, JP is also a member of the board of the Dutch Chemical Industry Association.

He holds a master in chemical technology from Eindhoven University of Technology and an MBA from RSM.
