Michael Hoag

Michael Hoag began their work experience as an Engineering Intern at Southco in 1993. Michael then worked as an R&D Engineer and Process Engineer at ITT Night Vision from 1998 to 2000. In 2001, they joined ABB (Asea Brown Boveri) as a Lean Consultant and Executive Assistant to the VP, a role they held until 2004. From 2004 to 2012, they worked at Dell as a Business Excellence Engineer. In 2012, they joined The Home Depot as a Principal Data Scientist for Distribution Analytics and later became a Distinguished Data Scientist for Resource Planning. In 2019, Michael Hoag became the Chief Technology Officer at ROTU Entertainment & Media, Ltd.

Michael Hoag attended Kettering University from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Robotics. Following this, from 2000 to 2002, they pursued further education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. During this period, they obtained a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science with a specialization in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Additionally, they simultaneously pursued an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management with a concentration in Operations Research.
