John Fruehwirth

John founded RCP in 2009 and has been partnering with lower middle-market companies for 24 years. John actively invests across the Firm's sectors and leads the Firm's administration and capital formation activities.

John enjoys spending time on the Chesapeake Bay, eating crabs and rooting for the Nats and the Ravens. He is the Chair for Capital for Children which provides for children in need in the metropolitan Washington, DC area. He also serves on the board of CollegeTracks which helps first generation students access and graduate from college.
