Prior to this, they worked at Excella as a Senior Consultant | Data Analyst, where they played a key role in building a data warehouse and utilizing various tools such as R, RStudio, Python, PowerBI, Tableau, and IBM Cognos. Ashley also worked on a DHS contract using MongoDB to inform policymakers about program analytics.
