Jonathan Soudry is a highly accomplished Chef and Owner with extensive experience in the culinary industry. Since 2007, Chef Soudry has led ROUGE Fine Catering, establishing it as one of the largest catering companies of its kind in Baltimore through innovative cuisine and efficient processes. Prior to this, Chef Soudry served as a Corporate Chef in partnership with Mountaire, the nation's largest private labeled chicken company. Chef Soudry also owned and operated multiple successful restaurants, including the five Poulet locations, La Provence, and the first restaurant, David and Jonathans, demonstrating a consistent track record of excellence and growth in the food service sector.
