Rena Mosquera

Rena Mosquera is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and human resources management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Rouge Mocap since September 2021, Rena previously held the same title at Dragonfly Stories from January 2020 to September 2021, and was Vice President of Operations at The Mullings Group from 2017 to September 2021. Rena's expertise encompasses organizational vision, operational strategy, talent acquisition, and performance management, with a strong focus on leadership and development across various business functions including IT, HR, and Finance. Prior to these roles, Rena worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Telesto Group LLC and as a Human Resources Manager at Clarfield, Okon, Salomone, & Pincus, P.L. Early career experience includes managing a team as Associate Director of Case Management at Disability Group, Inc. Rena holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Mount St. Mary's College.
