Greg Mitchum has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles related to operations, manufacturing, and supply chain. Greg is currently working as the Vice President of Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain at Rough Country since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at United Technologies as the Senior Director of Carrier Operations from 2019-2020 and as the Director of Global Operations and Systems from 2017-2019. Before that, they served as the Global Operations and Integrated Supply Chain Leader at Trane from 2015-2017. Greg also has experience at GE, where they held multiple roles including Sr. Manager of Corporate Finance - Planning and Analytics, Sr. Manager of Global Working Capital Optimization, Multi-site Materials Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt in Materials Management, and various positions in the Operations Management Leadership Program.

Greg Mitchum has a diverse education history. Greg obtained their Executive MBA in Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville, completing their studies in 2007. Following their undergraduate degree, from 2007 to 2009, Greg attended Crotonville Alumni and pursued a degree in Operations Management, specializing in various subjects such as impact, lean manufacturing, finance, negotiations, change management, and financial operations leadership. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Six Sigma Black Belt through GE in July 2010 and obtained the APICS-CPIM certification from APICS in July 2008.
