Victor Mengot is a seasoned transport and road safety expert with extensive experience spanning various roles since 2013. Currently serving as a Senior Transport Consultant at the Ministry of Transport and Road Development Somaliland, Victor focuses on enhancing driving licensing and road safety initiatives funded by the Somaliland Development Fund. Additionally, Victor holds positions as a Senior Road Safety Expert with Roughton International Ltd., an Institutional Development Expert with Integrated Transport Planning Ltd., and a Technical Advisor to the Sierra Leone Police Traffic Management & Road Safety Directorate. Previous roles include key positions with organizations such as Ecorys, Cardno - IT Transport, and the World Bank, contributing to international projects aimed at improving traffic safety, institutional capacity, and transport governance. Victor's educational background includes a Master's degree in Urban Planning Studies and a Graduate Diploma in Traffic Engineering & Planning.
