Vivek Raj Senthivel

Vivek Raj Senthivel is a synthetic biologist and senior innovation scientist at RoukenBio, where they engineer targeted platform systems for genetic payload integration and develop computational frameworks for pharmacokinetic modeling. They previously served as a postdoctoral researcher at The University of Edinburgh, focusing on synthetic receptor systems and supervising postgraduate students. Vivek has experience as an associate researcher at Imperial College London, where they developed golden gate vectors for metabolic engineering, and as a junior research fellow at the National Centre for Biological Sciences. They participated as a founder in the startup accelerator Deep Science Ventures, translating biological technologies into viable ventures. Vivek earned their PhD in Synthetic Biology from the University of Pompeu Fabra.
