Jeff Matson has a diverse work experience in program management and project leadership roles. Jeff is currently a Senior Technical Program Manager at Round Feather, Inc., where they are responsible for managing the "Joy" Web and Mobile App workday overlay project aimed at improving recruiting conversions. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Nike, where they led digital communications solutions for Nike.com. Before that, Jeff was a New Product Introduction Project Lead at ASML, overseeing the commercialization of new technical solutions. Jeff also served as a New Product Introduction Program Manager at Teledyne Oil & Gas, where they launched numerous new products and implemented improvements in factory lead time. Jeff's previous experience includes roles as a Military Aircraft Fans Program Manager at United Technologies and a Carbon Composites Manufacturing Program Manager at Cobham Composite Products.
Jeff Matson attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering. Jeff then pursued further education at the University of Phoenix, specializing in Global Business and obtaining a Master's degree in MBA.
