Peter Brigham

Peter Brigham is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management and capital advisory. Currently serving as a Consultant at Round Hill Capital, Peter oversees $1 billion of European real estate assets, achieving notable improvements in a Finnish residential portfolio. As a Partner at RCP Finance, Peter specializes in identifying investment opportunities and facilitating joint venture equity partnerships. Peter founded Iverson Capital, focusing on core-plus investments, and previously held senior roles at GreenOak Real Estate and Round Hill Capital LLC, managing significant European portfolios. Past experience at Morgan Stanley involved management of substantial properties on the West Coast and oversight of investments in Japan. Peter's career began at AXA Equitable, managing Class A office assets.
