Jaqueline Rosales

Jaqueline Rosales has extensive experience in management and customer service within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Round One Entertainment Inc. since March 2017, Jaqueline oversees a team of over 30 staff and manages operations that generate over $200,000 in monthly revenue. Responsibilities include training more than 75 employees on Point of Sales systems and customer service processes. Prior roles at Round One include Bowling Manager, Bowling Supervisor, and Bowling Lead, with earlier experience as Floor Staff at Classic Cinemas Ogden 6. Jaqueline holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Elmhurst University and an Associate of Arts in Business/Commerce from the College of DuPage.
