Joshua Alexander is a skilled professional with extensive experience in various roles related to graphic design, event production, and technical support. Currently serving as a Developer Support Specialist at Concentrix, Joshua focuses on testing applications for virtual reality devices and enhancing client experience through troubleshooting and case management. In addition to this role, Joshua is actively involved with Round Rock Express as Game Day Production Staff, responsible for operating video and graphics machinery. As a freelance graphic designer, Joshua has developed a diverse portfolio of digital and print design work, including marketing strategies for Joshua Alexander Designs. Previous experience includes social media management and art direction for National Vendor Promotions, sales representation for Glazer's Distributors, and promoting events in various capacities. Joshua holds a BA in Graphic Design and Media Arts from Southern New Hampshire University.
