Wilson Lee

General Partner & CFO at Round13 Capital

Wilson has spent the majority of his career working at start-ups and has a proven track record working with founders to overcome the challenges involved with building and scaling companies. At Round 13, Wilson will be focused on making new investments and working with existing portfolio companies to scale to the next level. Prior to joining Round 13, Wilson was the CFO of Sourced Group, (cloud consulting services, acquired by Amdocs – NASDAQ: DOX) and has also served as CFO for companies such as Fortiva (SaaS email archiving - acquired by Proofpoint NASDAQ: PFPT), Borderware (security software - acquired by Watchguard), ActivPlant (manufacturing intelligence software - acquired by CDC), FloNetwork, (SaaS email marketing - acquired by DoubleClick NASDAQ: DCLK). Wilson was also the founder of BrightIron consulting which provided CFO advisory services to tech start-ups such as Mazooma (online payments - acquired by Nuvei TSE: NVEI), Lane (SaaS property technology – acquired by VTS), and many others throughout the years. Wilson also worked at Pagemill Partners (an investment bank based in Palo Alto) and Ventures West (a venture capital firm). Wilson graduated from the University of Toronto with a bachelor of commerce degree and worked at Arthur Andersen where he received his Chartered Accountancy designation.
